I shall honour your right to cancel an order under the distant selling regulations (2000) as outlined in the Returns document. Return of any item must be received by me within 7 days of your notification in writing that you wish to return the item. Please provide proof of postage if any item is not received by me within the required time limit as without this may affect your ability to receive a refund. Any personalised item is not returnable unless defective or damaged. All items, unless defective or damaged, must be returned in their original condition as detailed in the Returns document.
On occasions there may be a delay in the production and delivery of your item due to unforeseen circumstances but every effort will be made on my part to make sure that your order is received on time. Any delay by Royal Mail in delivering your item(s) is outside my control.
