Returns Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was sent to you in error or is faulty. Please remember all cards and gifts are Handmade and variations will occur, especially with hand painted items. If the item is not received back, it may be necessary to arrange collection from your residence at your expense. Any refund will be processed using the same method as the original order. While we aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, there may be delays in receiving the funds through your original payment method.
Availability of Goods
All products are handmade and subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, it may be ordered. Please allow up to 14 days for production and delivery, though unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
Damaged in Transit
If any item(s) arrive damaged, you must notify us in writing by post or email within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods.
Incorrect Goods
In the unlikely event that the wrong item is sent to you, please inform us within 2 days of receipt by post or email. The item must remain in its original condition.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, fires, strikes, or issues with the delivery service. In the event of such a delay, our obligation under the contract will be suspended for the duration of the delay.
Cancellation of Order
If you need to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us by emailing info@jennywrencards.co.uk or calling 07484732467, stating your name and order number, within 4 days of placing the order. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for dispatch, cancellation will only be accepted for items that have not been personalised.
